Account Terms

2. You are responsible for all content uploaded and activity that occurs under your account.

Content and Usage

1. Our service allows you to upload images for use with 3D mockups. These images are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.
2. You must have the necessary rights to use any images you upload.
3. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, inappropriate, or infringes on others' rights.
4. We do not claim ownership of the images you upload, and you retain all rights to your content.

Payment and Subscription Terms

1. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
2. We do not offer refunds on any subscription payments.
3. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
4. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will collect where required by law.

Cancellation and Account Termination

1. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.
2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Service Modifications

1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.
2. We may change our pricing structure with at least 30 days notice for existing customers.

Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, inability to access the service, or any content generated using our platform.

Privacy and Data Security

1. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your account information.
3. Images uploaded for mockup generation are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored.
